Linzi and the gang made our wedding picnic dreams come true on our Elopment at Cornish Tipis. Everything was perfect. As for the wedding cake, I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was without doubt the nicest cake I have ever eaten! I ate half of the whole thing just to make sure! Elderflower and lemon is a combination from heaven. Linzi couldn't have done enough and I am so thankful. The gastropod was closed the week we were there and I was a little gutted as I had kept a close eye on what theme nights we would make! But, in saying all of that, we had enough picnic to feed us for 2 nights so we weren't hard done by!

A BIG thankyou to Nick and Linzi and all the staff at the Gastropod who catered for our wedding vow renewal celebration at Cornish Tipi Weddings on Saturday.

The vegan buffet was truly delicious. Beautifully prepared and presented, we had so many positive comments from our guests who kept going back for more!

And those cakes!! AMAZING!! X

The food you guys made was soooo good, everyone keeps talking about it saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had! Our desserts and wedding cake were out of the world, we're still eating it and taking little parcels down to the beach! We will be sad when we reach the end of the sweet treats.

You, Alex, your team went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier we used The Gastropod!

We will definitely recommend you to anyone and everyone we can.

We absolutely loved everything you all did. Not only was all the food brilliant (big thumbs up from all including the Arabs on those beautiful koftas and lamb kebabs, my mum hasn't eaten a dessert in about 5 years and she ate 2 tortes, and I'm definitely recreating those tarts at home), but your whole team was absolutely lovely.

Thanks for making our day so special and making our little bicultural family all very happy. We will definitely pop in to Snail's Pace at some point to thank you in person and grab more of your beautiful food!
